DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS

Such information may include: full name, phone number, email address, M-Pesa or payment details, national ID (where required for payouts), profile photographs, and any other information you choose to provide.

In connection with any merger, acquisition, asset sale, or reorganization, Personal Data may be transferred to successor entities. You will be notified via email and/or prominent notice on our website of any such change in ownership or control.

SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Severability: If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from this Policy, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: This Policy, together with our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and AfriKrown concerning the subject matter hereof.
Governing Law: This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT AT ANY TIME WHERE PROCESSING IS BASED ON CONSENT, WITHOUT AFFECTING THE LAWFULNESS OF PROCESSING BASED ON CONSENT BEFORE ITS WITHDRAWAL.
